FixIt overcomes time limitations, payment security concerns, trust issues, and service availability problems. It solves user issues by connecting them with trusted experts for all sorts of tasks around the house.
It is difficult for users to go out and find a trusted service provider.
Users encounter inconsistent service quality due to irregular or inexpert service providers who arrive late, do a weak job, or are unable to complete the task.
